working with the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research

The Institute for the Study of Planet Earth (ISPE)
has an important in global change research and teaching at the University of Arizona (e.g., organizing a seminar series); it has close connections to the Laboratory of Tree Ring research, not least because its director, Lisa Graumlich, is also one of the Laboratory's faculty members.
The Department of Geosciences
is involved in several of the research projects at the Laboratory, noteably those measuring stable isotope concentrations in dated wood samples.
Department of Hydrology and Water Resources
has several research and teaching connections with the Laboratory; tree-ring records are imporatant for modelling rainfall and stream flow records before the period of recorded measurements.
UAInfo
