42Em2835- Fremont cliff granaries and pictographs

A rock art site with a large blue shield figure, rainbows and sheep, and several granaries and wooden platforms located in the cliff directly above the rock art. Dendroarchaeological samples include a core and section from possible prehistoric ˇ°laddersˇ± located at the base of the cliff below the granaries. Access to the granaries is by rappel or rock-climbing only. Associated cultural remains include rock art, maize, and Tusayan black-on-white and orangeware pottery.
