Dear Friends,

I have assumed that now the only interest in this program is the RESPONSE FUNCTION.  I have just gone over relivant parts of PRECON carefully, now called PRECON6.  I have worked on ptions 1, the default and option 5, that uses your files as input mainly to calculate the BOOT STRAP RESPONSE FUNCTION.  In addition the learning mode also works OK.

I have not had the time to work on all the other options and do not gurantee that they will  run properly now.
